The Roman Yearbook of International Law (RYIL) publishes works addressing relevant issues of international law with specific attention to the contemporary practice of the Holy See and the Vatican City State.

The goal is to provide a forum for scholars to publish innovative researches contributing to the international law debate while analyzing the contemporary practice of one of the oldest members of the international community.

The RYIL is a double-blind peer review journal published in an on-line version and in printed form.

The RYIL is supported by the Circolo di diritto internazionale di Roma (CIDIR), a cultural circle based in Rome and aimed to foster the interest towards studies and researchers addressing public international law.
